TURNING HIM ON FOR
BEGINNERS
When
you first start a sexual relationship with a man, all he needs is your presence to turn him on. But when you’ve been
in a relationship for awhile, it’s hard to keep the enthusiasm up even if you’re really attractive and sexy. This
could happen anywhere from a few months to a few years.
Pleasing your man in bed can
be simple, as long as you remember to keep things interesting.
#1 No Flannels. Dress
well, even in bed. Sleep in flimsy, soft nighties every night instead of sweats or flannel PJs.. Sexual pleasure comes from sensation, but the arousal depends on many other
things.
#2 Don’t be priggish. A man may like you for your innocence in the beginning of your relationship,
but if you are shocked or disgusted by anything other than the missionary style, he’ll probably get bored (unless that’s
the only way he wants to have sex, which is rare).
Men love
women who know their way around in bed, know what turns men on, and are comfortable with their own bodies. This is also one
of the reasons many older women, younger men seem to get together. If you want to please your man in bed,
learn new moves, be open to suggestions that are not outside your comfort zone.
#3 Look sexy. Guys are very visual. Duh. As
we are now women over 50 our bodies have undoubtedly changed over the years. No man expects you to look like you are still
thirty, but look as good as you can.
When you look and feel better, you will feel more
confident about your sexuality and that confidence will turn your partner on.
#4 Tease him. If you
want to be good in bed, you need to make your man desire you everywhere, not just in the bedroom. Sex isn’t a light
switch that gets turned on and off after you get into bed. Be flirtatious, tease him.
#5 Extend foreplay the way he likes it. Men don’t enjoy foreplay like we do. For us, foreplay is sensual kissing, his
hands touching our breasts and massages. Ask your partner what he'd like to do, or have done to him that would turn
him on.
You could let him paint your body with edible body
paint, or you could read an erotic story together while fondling one other in sexy places. All of us have our own ideas about
foreplay. Find which one works for your man and use it.
#6 Shed your inhibitions. Like we said before, men like women who know their way around a bedroom. A woman who feels awkward and embarrassed about
her own body when she’s making love can be like a pot of cold water on a campfire. If you don’t want to be
naked anymore, put on sexy underwear or naughty lingerie.
#7 Explore sex and
get creative. Sex is
fun, and is as unique as the couple indulging in it. If you enjoy sex a certain way, that’s ok if it works for both
of you, but on occasion try something new. Keep him on his toes….keep him interested. (continues next column)
