WHAT'S THE ATTRACTION?
Most men realize the difference between
appropriate and inappropriate age differences. However, while appalling to most people, even other men, some older men
still choose to view much younger women as potential sexual partners.
Why do
some of these older men leave their wives for much younger women? The answers are as varied as they are complicated.
Let’s
begin with the question, why are men attracted to younger women? First, the rules of attraction for men are biologically simple.
Men are most attracted to any…any woman who is capable of bearing children. Why? It was nature’s solution
to ensure the proliferation of mankind from the beginning.
Thousands of years ago,
when there very were few humans on the planet to procreate it meant that the male had to inseminate more females if the species
was to survive. Also, there was a very high death rate. Most babies didn’t live to adulthood which meant offspring had
to be replaced by new babies for the success of the species.
While
our species has evolved, there is still a small urge for men to be attracted to young women until he takes his last breath.
The difference is, an evolved man will appreciate young attractive women but not take it to the next level.
While
the fantasy of being with a younger woman is salacious, the majority of older men realize that taking on a young wife is often
like taking on another child. And there’s a very good chance he doesn’t have the energy or resources (money) to
keep up with her demands as a trophy wife.
Just because men are attracted to younger
women with active ovaries doesn’t mean they’re going to kick their older wives to the curb. The majority of happily
married men think with their large heads, not their hormones.
OTHER
WOMEN
They are everywhere. A lot of women
would never consider getting involved with a married man, which is of course the right thing to do. But there are other women
who don’t have a good moral compass and want a man at any cost. Most of these are women can’t
attract a single man, or they have low self-esteem and get a thrill from “stealing” another woman’s man
because it makes them feel better about themself. Some are in a bad marriage. They may be looking to replace
their current mate before they leave their spouse so they don’t have to be alone.
Most of these women are friends of the family, or women the men work with or meet through work. If they meet through
work, it may start off innocently enough but typically one of them has an agenda. They are looking for an affair whether consciously
or subconsciously.
The man begins to confide his problems to her, because he says
he has no one to talk to about them. After all, his wife wouldn’t understand. They both seem so sympathetic and understanding
that soon, they find themselves in a hotel room.
The women that are already
friends of the family know the dynamics of the man’s relationship with his wife and some of the problems within the
family. These women come armed with ammunition to take the confused or seemingly unhappy man from his family.
NOW I’M A HUNK
Both men and women can fall into this trap. If you were a person that had always been overweight,
not appealing to the opposite sex for some reason and now you have lost weight, made a lot of money, had plastic surgery etc.
that gave you more self-confidence you are a candidate for leaving your spouse. You think you deserve a
better looking or younger mate because you are such a catch now.
